Order Accuracy & Address Verification
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items once they have been shipped.

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will do our best to address any concerns on a case-by-case basis.
